Register for Credentialing Panels
CPEI credentialing reviews are conducted virtually during three review periods each year. Credentialing candidates and credentialed CPEI members serving as volunteer reviewers or panelists may register for the appropriate review cycle below.
Before You Register
Credentialing candidates must complete the appropriate CPEI credentialing application and submit all required supporting materials before registering for a credentialing review cycle.
Board Certified Associate Chaplain

March 2027 Credentialing Review
Credentialing candidates may register for the March review cycle after completing the appropriate credentialing application and submitting all required supporting materials.
The non-refundable credentialing application fee for candidates is $249.
CPEI-credentialed members may also use this registration form to volunteer as credentialing reviewers or panelists. There is no registration fee for volunteer participation.
The Credentialing Committee will schedule the specific date and time of each review. Credentialing reviews are conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Member Access Required
Registration for credentialing review is available to current CPEI members. You will need to log in to your CPEI account to access the registration form.
