Chief Executive Officer
Dallas, a founding member of Clinical Pastoral Education International, has served in ministry for more than forty years as a pastor, interim pastor, healthcare and military chaplain, licensed counselor and CPE Training Supervisor-Educator. He retired as an Army Chaplain, Colonel.

Chief Academic Officer
Greg has served in ministry for more than thirty years, including roles as a senior minister, youth minister, campus minister, counseling minister, PRN healthcare chaplain and CPE Supervisor. He also serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs at Manhattan Christian College.

Elizabeth has served with CPEI since 2021. Her work supports student records, registrar functions, administrative processes and the operational details that help students, faculty and Affiliates stay connected.

Krista brings experience in project management, marketing, communications and event planning. She supports CPEI’s public messaging, website content, press releases, Affiliate communications and outreach efforts.

Jason brings a long career in information technology, including leadership in technology operations and consulting. He supports CPEI’s technology systems, digital tools and user support needs.

Advisory Leadership
The Advisory Council offers perspective and expertise from across chaplaincy, healthcare, corrections, military ministry and spiritual care.
National Chaplain, Fishers of Men
Kelly Barnett, Ph.D., M.Div., is a retired Army Reserve Chaplain, Colonel, and currently serves as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Supervisor and Educator. He serves as National Chaplain for Fishers of Men.
Chief of Chaplains, Federal Bureau of Prisons
Heidi Kugler, M.Div., serves as Chief of Chaplains for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She began her work in prison ministry in 1996 and is a graduate of Boston University School of Theology.
Director of Resource and Network Operations, Marsh Institute
Ken Schlenker, M.Div., serves in disaster relief, corrections and law enforcement chaplaincy and works with the Marsh Institute for Chaplains as Director of Resource and Network Operations.

Jim Browning, D.Min., serves as Director of the Marsh Institute for Chaplains and is a retired Air Force Chaplain, Colonel.
Vice President of Chaplaincy Services, International Ministry Fellowship
Tony Duck, D.Min., M.Div., serves in chaplaincy leadership with International Ministry Fellowship and is a retired Army Chaplain.
Corporate Director of Spiritual Life, Sun Health
Andrew Moore, M.Div., serves as Corporate Director of Spiritual Life for Sun Health, supporting spiritual life and care across the organization’s services for older adults.
Spiritual Care System Director, Ascension Saint Thomas
Calin Tamiian holds a Doctor of Healthcare Leadership and serves as Spiritual Care System Director for Ascension Saint Thomas in Nashville, Tennessee.
