Biographical Info
The International Ministerial Fellowship’s Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program exists to encourage, equip, and empower individuals called to serve others through compassionate and spiritually grounded care. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality education, practical training, and formative supervision that enhance the skills of pastoral caregivers. Through intentional formation, reflective practice, and supportive learning environments, we seek to cultivate caregivers who minister with competence, empathy, and integrity. At the heart of this work is a guiding conviction: by caring for those who care for others, we strengthen the communities they serve.

Biographical Info
Clint Calvert, D.Min, supports adults by integrating over 20 years of pastoral care with predictive analytics to guide others through vocational transitions. As a CPE TSE, Clint has trained thirty chaplains and ten supervisory candidates. Through 2nd Act Career Services, he actively multiplies his impact by educating chaplains. His approach ensures that individuals navigate disorienting career shifts with spiritual depth, psychological clarity, and structured, values-aligned action plans.
